Please read these Terms of Service and Terms & Conditions carefully. They outline everyone’s responsibilities so that learning, instructing, and consulting experiences remain positive.

Part 1

Terms of Service

These terms govern your general use of the platform — whether you are a learner, instructor, consultant, or admin.

Access & Accounts

  • You must provide accurate registration details and keep credentials confidential. Account sharing is prohibited.
  • Admins may suspend access if unusual, abusive, or insecure activity is detected.
  • Instructors and consultants must keep their profiles, pricing, and course data up to date.

Content & Intellectual Property

  • Course videos, documents, quizzes, and consulting resources remain the property of SHAQOTOOLS or the original creators.
  • Learners receive a non-transferable license to access purchased content for personal development.
  • Uploading third-party material requires proof of ownership or explicit written permission.

Payments & Refunds

  • All fees are displayed before checkout and may include applicable taxes or local processing charges.
  • Manual-payment enrollments must be settled within the time window communicated by the admin team.
  • Refunds follow the policy defined per course or package. Disputed transactions may lead to account suspension.

Platform Responsibilities

  • We maintain commercially reasonable uptime, backup, and security controls for the platform and stored data.
  • Scheduled maintenance windows are announced ahead of time through the dashboard or email.
  • We may refine features, pricing, or integrations. Significant changes will always be communicated first.

Part 2

Terms & Conditions

These conditions apply to specific scenarios such as account termination, compliance obligations, and legal remedies.

User Commitments

  • Use the platform for lawful purposes and respect the experience of fellow learners and instructors.
  • Do not attempt to bypass DRM, download restricted lessons, or reverse-engineer private areas of the site.
  • Report vulnerabilities or abusive content immediately to security@shaqotools.com so we can respond quickly.

Termination & Suspension

  • We may disable accounts that violate policies, fail to pay invoices, or put the community at risk.
  • You may close your account at any time. Outstanding balances must be cleared before we complete the request.
  • We retain limited records after closure only as required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Liability

  • Courses provide guidance and best practices, but business and career results depend on your own execution.
  • SHAQOTOOLS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
  • Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid during the six months preceding a claim.

Governing Law & Updates

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction listed in your invoice unless stated otherwise.
  • We may update the terms to reflect new regulations or features. The “last updated” date will always change.
  • Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.
